A 2007 graduate (with honors) of the University of California, Berkeley, Lauren is a true “Bear” at heart and always knew that eventually she would return to northern California.  She is now expanding the family practice by opening up her own branch office in northern California.  Lauren is excited to be able to provide her services to the Bay Area! By offering affordable and complete living trust estate plans at a flat rate, she makes it easy for families to minimize stress and achieve peace of mind that their loved ones are protected. 

​Lauren currently lives in Oakland with her husband, Jon, her puppy, Harriet, and her one year old daughter, Harper.    

              Biography

Estate planning has been the Smykowski Family business for more than 30 years and 30,000 trust clients.  Growing up with her father practicing estate planning out of the family home, Lauren Smykowski frequently assisted her dad with his clients, as well as the office administrative duties.  At a young age, Lauren knew that she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and carry on the family legacy of providing affordable living trust estate plans at a flat rate.  

A graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, Lauren focused her course studies on estate planning and trust law.  Since graduating (with honors) from law school in 2011, Lauren has been working closely with her father in San Diego to learn the ins and outs of running a solo estate planning practice.
